What we collect, and why.
Who we are
TrustVis (trustvis.com) provides websites, SEO and AI search services to financial advisory firms. TrustVis is a marketing service, not an investment adviser.
What we collect
- When you request the free AI Visibility Report: your firm's website, who you serve and where, and your work email. We use them to prepare your report, send it to you, and follow up about it.
- Basic request records: a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) and your browser's user agent, to prevent abuse and spam.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and whether a report was requested. We don't send your form answers or email address to analytics.
- Booking a call: calls are booked through Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter there under Google's privacy policy.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores report requests.
- Resend sends the confirmation and report emails.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Google provides analytics (Google Analytics 4) and calendar booking.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep report requests for as long as they're useful for preparing your report and following up, and delete them when you ask.
Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by replying to any email from us.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out tools for Google Analytics.
- Unsubscribe from any follow-up email by replying to it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
